Caroline S. Oliver has joined Palladium as a Portfolio Manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience through her many years of service in the financial industry. She is a MBA graduate from ODU, obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ certification and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
