Norfolk Tides - 2010
Palladium hosted a family picnic with a baseball game this summer at the Harbor Park Picnic Area located just beyond the left-field wall. While we enjoyed our time with family and friends we also supported our local sports affiliate. The Tides in turn continue to provide community support throughout Hampton Roads. Whether the situation calls for a team visit to a hospital, a mascot appearance at a company picnic, or simply a partnership to help raise awareness for a greater cause, the Tides are eager to help. The event was enjoyed by all!
Dodgeball Tournament - 2009 and 2010
Palladium's team, The Bills, participated in The 2nd and 3rd Annual Wheeler Dodgeball Tournament to benefit Horizons Hampton Roads, an independent, non-profit Virginia corporation. Horizons offers a unique summer experience to students in families with limited incomes who attend public elementary or middle schools in Norfolk and Virginia Beach.

FoodBank - 2009
A group of the Palladium employees, and other family members volunteered their time at the Foodbank. Maryanne Smith, Chief Development Officer, at the Foodbank, provided a guided tour of the facility. We then worked with other volunteers in the sorting room and were able to assist in packing over 500 boxes of food. Three of our employees were so inspired by the experience that they have committed to volunteering there on a regular basis.
Corporate Retreat - 2009
In 2009, Palladium held the company’s first corporate retreat at Silver Beach Conference & Retreat Center on the Eastern Shore’s Chesapeake Bay. It provided team building exercises that inspired us all.
